At CRM Business Machine, we want you to feel confident when trying our software. That is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.
If you are not satisfied with CRM Business Machine, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase and provide:
- Your full name
- The email address used to purchase
- Your order or subscription details
- A brief reason for the refund request

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for refund requests submitted within the first 30 days after the initial purchase date.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first purchase only and does not apply to renewal payments, recurring subscription charges after the first 30 days, setup fees, custom work, consulting, training, or services already delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscription Cancellation
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription unless you specifically request cancellation. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Once your subscription is canceled, access to CRM Business Machine and related software features may be removed.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Guarantee of Results
CRM Business Machine provides software tools, CRM features, automation tools, marketing tools, client management tools, lead management tools, task management tools, workflow tools, and business management resources.
We do not guarantee any specific business results, client outcomes, revenue, sales, leads, approvals, conversions, financial results, or other outcomes from using the software.
Users are responsible for using the software properly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising, billing, data privacy, consumer protection, and business communication regulations.
